Our team includes roles ranging from “Executive Chef and Cooks to Kitchen Assistants and Kitchen Porters”, all working together to ensure the preparation of authentic Ayurvedic, sattvic, and health-focused meals.

Daily tasks include mindful chopping and preparation, accurate cooking and plating, dishwashing, workstation cleanliness, and supporting a smooth and efficient kitchen workflow.
